"Sean Slater agcy gets a 💯 in my book and here's why. I've had State Farm for a few years and in 2024 I needed to file a couple claims. My experience with corporations in general is that they love taking your money (and their TV ads seem soo friendly), but when it's time for them to deliver, they drag their feet... you can even sense their "eyes rolling" while they talk to you on the phone. And State Farm as a 'corporation' is no different. But the staff at Sean Slater State Farm agency provided a friendly face with helpful info on how to navigate the claim process, and even helped to channel my claim info to the State Farm corporate processes. State Farm should give this agency some recognition on how their turn their cold corporate impersonal energy into something that's very personal and helpful. Such was my curiosity when working with someone at the Sean Slater agency that I finally asked: "are all of you nice, or just a few of you". To which they answered that it's the agency philosophy to provide this level or service and understanding. Me: "wuuuut?!".
