"Sean Slater and Beck Slater are top-notch! Their customer service, knowledge, and response time are at the highest level. We were with American Family for our home, automobiles, and umbrella policy. (25 years) In November of 2024, we were in the process of buying our second home in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. That led us to begin price shopping and they not only helped us with our Mountain home insurance - But, we added on to the umbrella policy and SAVED TONS of money per year. I highly recommend Sean Slarter and his entire team, at State Farm!"

"I reached out to this agency on several significant car insurance issues this morning, which can be daunting for someone who isn’t familiar with this insurance world and their offerings. "We have worked with Jim Carroll for every and have now followed him to his new job at State Farm. He and Sean have been great to work with. We've moved all of our policies to Jim and he did a great job finding better pricing and stronger policies for us. "I usually don't write these but in this case an exception is warranted. I'm a somewhat long-time customer with policies in 2 states. Jim [Sean Slater Agency in Colorado] in particular took the extra time and effort to review our policies and records in detail and make some recommendations that actually ended up LOWERING our premiums (without changing or in any way lessening our coverage). A true customer service-oriented professional. If you're shopping for Agents, I recommend you give Sean Slater Agency a call. Ask for Jim !"

"I recently became a new client at Sean Slater’s State Farm agency and it was actually the best decision I’ve made in my life. They will not only save you as much money as possible with the highest coverage, but ACTUALLY HELP YOU after you sign on as a client. When I called this local office to inquire about switching, I was lucky enough to chat with Samirah, who single-handedly restored my faith in the insurance industry and simultaneously created a lifelong client for generations to come. I was sick of my old policy with a company I won’t name because I was being charged too much for below basic coverage to say the least (“Only [over]pay for what you [don’t] need”). I cracked my windshield last year and explained to Samirah that that is an ongoing concern of mine as it was never covered by my old policy whatsoever. Samirah kindly explained that my new policy not only will be cheaper, but COVERS WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT FULLY!! Lo and behold, I cracked my windshield again yesterday. I simply called Sean Slater’s office to tell them what happened and Samirah not only filed the claim with ease but reached out to Safelight that day to have someone swing by to fix it…FOR ZERO DOLLARS!!!!! Needless to say, I am the happiest client ever. I cannot thank Samirah and everyone at Sean Slater State Farm enough!!"

"I've been a customer for several years and Rebecca is the reason my home is correctly insured. Before today everyone I worked with was friendly and informative. Zach answered my call and it went downhill from there. He refused to answer my questions and after getting shorter and more terse with me he refused to remedy an overpayment in my requested method. He refused to transfer me to anyone else and hung up on me after stating I would have to call Sean on Monday after the weekend. I found another State Farm office closer to home and Zach was happy to let me leave. It's a shame as the rest of the office was professional and knowledgeable. The picture is State Farm's Policy that Zach refused to lookup or follow. 5/18 Changed offices and the new team I'm working with sent me an overpayment check that arrived today. They were able to find and follow the policy Zach wouldn't."
