ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of six. We offer unlimited PTO, group health, dental, and vision insurance, an employer retirement plan with matching contributions, and fun company merch to show our team spirit.
I’ve been serving State Farm customers for over 35 years, including 18 years as an agency owner. Supporting our community is a core part of what we do. We sponsor Chaparral High School Girls’ Soccer and Heritage High School Girls’ Softball teams, and I serve on the business curriculum advisory board at Thomas Jefferson High School, where we’ve hosted interns for the past three years. Our agency also donates to and supports organizations like the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Special Olympics, Kidney Foundation Walk, and We Do Not Waste Food Bank.

ROLE DESCRIPTIONAt Sean Slater - State Farm Agent, we are looking for a motivated Insurance Staff Position - State Farm Agent Team Member who is eager to contribute to the continued success of our agency. In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers to understand their unique situations, offer coverage solutions that provide real value, and support them with excellent service throughout the process. Your enthusiasm for helping people and your focus on growth will make you a strong fit for our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and connect with potential customers to expand the agency’s reach.
- Provide clear explanations of insurance options, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Nurture long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and customer care.
- Manage customer files accurately and handle policy servicing needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Background in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to achieve results.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
